Where better to connect with the College of Arts than Industry Day 2015? On Friday 5 June we want to show you the very best of our partnerships to inspire new projects for the future.
You can hear from some of our key collaborators throughout the day, including Alan Leslie (Northlight Heritage), John Hume (RCAHMS) Francis McKee (CCA) and David Hopes (Robert Burns Birthplace Museum). They will talk from first-hand experience about how we have worked together and the numerous advantages of having input from academics in the College of Arts. (Follow the link for the full Arts Industry Day agenda.)
College of Arts Industry Day 2015 will also be an opportunity to meet with each of our theme leads, so whether you are interested in Cultural Education, Digital developments, Dress & Textiles, Film & Broadcasting, Heritage, Performing Arts, Visual Arts or Writing & Publishing you can find out more about how we can help you to build capacity and capability.
Breakout sessions for each theme will be a key part of the day for bringing together enthusiastic and engaged individuals. This is a chance to workshop new ideas with other academics and industry partners with common interests – a perfect place to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Throughout the year we have been showcasing our activities through social media, blogs and videos, and now we are looking forward to meeting you in person. To register for Industry Day today, go to: http://ow.ly/MDdUv.
